Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Transportation Services Administrator will coordinate the delivery of executive transportation service for Jabil visitors and customers and will support the daily plan of courier routes, internal transfers and other processes related to the general transportation of employees, ensuring that a service is provided with safety and logistics criteria.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide transportation services to Jabil visitors and customers.
- Prepare the calendar of daily activities to be carried out.
- Carry out the daily inspection of the assigned vehicle to check that it is in good condition.
- Coordinate mechanical inspections of vehicles and with the maintenance provider.
- Manage the legal vehicle circulation permits (tag and magazine).
- Fueling of the assigned vehicle.
- Perform the daily mileage count, noting the initial mileage and the mileage at the end of daily tasks.
- Attend and assist visitors and customers, acting under the regime of etiquette and service protocol.
- Report fuel consumption against the mileage of the vehicle and report expenses.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Support for processes related to general employee transportation.
- Transfers between floors.
- General courier services.
- Implement new processes in order to improve transport logistics.
- Ensure safety controls, such as fire extinguishers, signage, first aid kit and incidents.
- Analyze new opportunities to reduce costs and increase process efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on the logistics and transport process.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- It supports all programs and initiatives in the areas of health, safety, environment, and quality.
- It supports all programs and initiatives related to Jabil's code of ethics, values, and beliefs.
- Compliance with assigned training.
- Take care of assigned IT teams such as fleet and others.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Intermediate spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the Traffic Law / Routes.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics.
- Category #3 driver's licenses.
- Experience in customer service or similar positions.
- Communication skills.
- Confidential handling of shared information.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1-year experience as an executive driver or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Customer service experience.
