Job Description

Develops and implements quality plans, programs, and procedures related to environmental control, clean room monitoring, using quality control statistics to monitor room performance and assuring proper environmental control are in place. Serves as a mentor for contamination control processes. Ensures that clean room performance and product quality conforms to established company, customer and requirements. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to
environmental and microbiology control. Investigates problems and develops dispositions, modifications and corrective actions for recurring or non-recurring discrepancies related to microbiology and environmental control failures. Interfaces
with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.

Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control plans and protocols for environmental and microbiology equipment and clean room.
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for testing and monitoring equipment, related to environmental control.
- Analyzes data, prepares trending data, provides input to management when failures occurs and generates deviations in regards to environmental or microbiology.
- Assures direct reports follows Nypro procedures and guidelines.
- Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction related to contamination control.
- Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable standards and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
- May specialize in the areas of microbiology or chemistry as they apply to product or process quality.
- Writes, reviews, approves process validations/qualifications in accordance with Nypro and customer requirements.
- Assists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO
requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), Nypro Advance Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
- May manage the internal supplier third party and participates FDA quality audits.
- Support plant Quality System software validation as needed.
- Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for the generation / updating / maintenance the Matrix for the direct reports.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide support to all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero accident culture.
