• Arrange all operation actions in regards to bookings, trucking, documentation and coordination of the whole supply chain management line.
• Arrange booking with selective carrier appointed by the manager.
• Ensure Gross Profit in every shipment, if not to ask direct supervision from the Manager.
• Coordinate the paper work summary to the file to have all documents ready and available.
• Issueing invoices to customers.
• Acknowledgement of Invoices from our suppliers and control the correctiveness of its contents and amounts.
• Sent departure notice to the shipper.
• Follow up of each and every shipments in the export process until Status 1315 / 1320 is reached.
• Maintain system dully updated as per customer requirements (status, efile, e-Scan, etc).
• Proactivety search for means to maximize the operation´s gross profit ( FSL).
• Ensuring that files are being kept orderly and neatly.
• Challenge the highest levels of productivity per month, constant improvement.
• Adhere to the budget guidelines and observe/report negative deviations.
• Achieve all KPI regarding the DQ, FSL closing status, acceptance of e-billing and supplier invoices, service level and target of GP per month.
