JOB SUMMARY

Eng Technician I will support the Engineering Department in planning, implementing, and managing production and manufacturing support activities that assure process performance, reliability, quality, schedule adherence, and operational efficiency within the production site.

Main focus will be assisting Process Engineering in process improvements, yield analysis, root cause investigations, work instruction management, manufacturing support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in process improvement and manufacturing support activities, as directed by the Process Engineer
- Support yield analysis activities and follow-up of major process detractors
- Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions
- Update/Create process documentation, Work Instructions, rework instructions, and production visuals, as directed by the Process Engineer
- Support process standardization activities throughout the site in accordance with the global, regional and site direction
- Support manufacturing operations to ensure continuity of production and process adherence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and operational follow-up
- Support follow-up activities related to NCMR, complaints, deviations, and corrective actions
- Support technical project tracking and follow-up activities within manufacturing operations
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned'

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Key Requirements:
o Understanding and application of manufacturing and engineering principles
o Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-driven approach to support manufacturing operations
o Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD skills required.
