The IT Operations Director ITOD is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of core IT services, including Infrastructure, Helpdesk, Database Management, and Networking. This role ensures high availability, performance, scalability, and security of IT services while aligning operations with business needs. The director will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, ensure service level agreements (SLAs), and continuously improve the operational effectiveness and resilience of the IT environment

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
•Proven experience managing infrastructure, networking, helpdesk, and database functions in complex en-vironments.
•Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization, networking, and enter-prise systems.
•Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk, Jira), monitoring systems, and performance dashboards.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
