The Information Security Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of GBS International’s information security program.
This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic security leadership, ensuring the organization’s information assets remain protected against evolving threats while maintaining compliance with frameworks such as SOC 1 and 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in infrastructure and cloud security combined with CISM-level proficiency in governance, risk management, and program oversight.

Experience:
? 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in information security, with at least 3 in a leadership or management role.
?Proven expertise in firewall administration, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
?Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, WAF, and network security infrastructure.
?Proven experience embedding security into SDLC and DevSecOps pipelines.
?Experience in BPO or SaaS environments, including call center platforms and Cloud PBX.
? Experience managing compliance initiatives under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001.
