Sales Business Data Analyst identifies opportunities for growth and maximize business through the correct data analysis, and provides professional and clear reports to the Sales Director and Regional Managers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Establish, advance, and maintain relationships with every client across channels in Central America and the Caribbean
-Develop and align reports to the commercial team
-Provide support to Marketing team to track and build Sales incentives with clear data and reports to bring updates with the specific periods.
-Build and manage the process to update our Price Index by country to understand what our position is and what the actions from different players on our markets are.
-Support Retail team with the Inventory controls and supply by store on specific retailers
-Prepare and conduct Executive Business Reviews to provide recommendation and ideas to the Sales Team or present directly to the clients.
-Responsible to analyze and build the Quarterly Sales Force KPI’s.
-Maintain correct knowledge of customer’s business, by channel, competitors and be updated with the industry trends.
-Proactivity to Analyze the Sell In and Sell Out data to take actions that will contribute to the market and results.
-Skilled in: Business communications, Data analysis, Numerical analysis, Financial analysis, (Understand and control P&L), Knowledge in Excel (Expert Level) and Power BI.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
-Bachelor’s degree or higher completed
-Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Data Analysis
-Fluent verbal and written in English and Spanish
-Business management skills including data analysis, sales forecasting, P&L management
-Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams
-Proficient in financial analysis and presentation development
-Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
-Proficiency in Power BI and Sales Force
