A prestigious hotel in Dominican Republic- Punta Cana is looking for a HR manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist local management in the design and implementation of key strategies and initiatives for the company.
Monitor employee relations, adherence to company policies, Open Door policy and opinion survey administration
Monitor administration of compensation and benefits.
Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of Applications, New Hire’s, Terminations, benefit enrollment and new employee orientation
Coordinate in an effective manner the activities of direct reports in assigned areas of responsibilities
Coordinate overall Training and Development efforts and insure consistency with Corporation wide initiatives
Support all of the International Assignees.
Succession Planning, Top Talent and 9 Box Reviews sessions
Skills:
Spanish (Native), English 100%
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work closely with the sourcing, finance and procurement team staff while driving a results-oriented culture and an atmosphere of accountability
Team player, highly organized and achievement oriented
Expirience with hotels with more than 500 employees
