Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Utilizes knowledge and skills gained through experience or training to provide advanced administrative support to an HR department through clerical skills. Communicates information with internal and external customers and adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Benefits and Employee Services - Communicate and interpret all benefit changes and policies. Educate associates about their benefits and coordinate open enrollment periods. Research and resolve associate's benefit problems and questions.
- TSS Registers (New employee, Adicional depend,)
- Subsidies Maternity and Medical Leave.
- Medical and Life Insurance.
- Audit Medical Insurance and Life Insurance - payment news application.
- Manage Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
- Delivered Employment certifications.
- Coordinate messaging.
- Visitor coordination.
- Coordinate airport transportation for employees.
- Employee relations - Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Coach/consult with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc.
- Ministry of Labor Documentation
- Employee Inactivos Files
- Payment Request for inactive employees
- Labor injuries Reports
- Telecommuting Contracts
- Coordinates all employee activities/programs . Interprets and complies with all state and federal laws.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Basic office practices, procedures and methods.
- Key internal and/or external contacts to request assistance from or utilize expertise.
- Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Students of Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related areas
- Minimum (1) one year experience in HR or a similar role.
- Intermediate English
