Job Responsibilities:

Manage of product development and order placement in efficient and effective manner
Work with Technical and Quality Assurance team to ensure all standards are met
Build effective partnership with Global Production
Partner with brand Design, R&D and key suppliers to develop innovative and quality fabrics
Build effective relationships and partner across category with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to drive results

Requirements:
4-5 years’ of relevant experience
Higher Diploma or above in textile, merchandising, supply chain management, or related discipline
Experience in sample development and with offshore production exposure is preferable
Working experience in sizable garment buying office or trading company is a definite advantage
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in resolving complex issues and challenging situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills in English
Travel with in Central America, Asia and the United States of America
