Main responsibilities

- Management and accomplishment of financial budgets and forecasts
-Knowledge and management of the Key Performance Indicator.
- Guide Franchisee Operations through standards of operating, system implementation, staffing and sales growth potential.
- Participate in planning of operational business objectives- Plan, lead and execute Regional support team’s performance improvement plans for underperforming stores and markets, ensuring communication plans are established and documented.
-Active in the development of Franchise DM's and Managers

Qualifications

- Strong P&L, budgeting, and training background
- Prior Franchise & Operations Restaurant Experience.
- Ability to identify key strategic issues and generate and deliver solutions
- Experienced opening restaurants, supervising Area and District Managers
- Knowledge on competition, products and services related to Restaurant industry or similar Company
- Team player, highly organized and achievement oriented
