Position: Remote Operations Administrative Assistant:

Note:
La oficina tendra un % menor de llamadas 60% Spanish vs 40% English.
We are looking for Administrative Assistant to work in our PEDIATRIC THERAPY office in the South and Central Florida areas.

Qualifications:
Exceptional telephone and verbal communication skills. (Must speak-understand English/Spanish)
Strong interpersonal skills and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Good grammar (English)
Fast Learner
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Consistently prompt and reliable.
High Speed reliable internet is a MUST.
Microsoft office skills at intermediate or above (experience in Excel/ACCESS, Google drive, share point preferred)
Clean Background check (Country of origin)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Administration, Information technology, Health Sciences, or a related field preferred
Proven track record of strong management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
Consistently prompt and reliable.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Keep medical records/charts following privacy guidelines.
Billing insurance and keep organize track/record (we will provide training)
Perform insurance/banks reconciliation
Participating on daily online meetings (9 am meeting Easter time).
Backing up operations in front office, including assisting with scheduling
Contact Insurance companies, providers, and clients.
Participate in special projects (marketing/presentations/others)
Scanning in medical records to make them electronic files
Various administrative duties based on business needs, including but not limited to: handling incoming office calls, filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, etc.
US tourist visa (this item is responsibility of the contractor).

El pago depende de la experiencia 10.000 mil pesos – 12.000 mil pesos la hora. El número de horas es entre 30-40 horas a las semana (las horas y el rate pueden increamentan a medida que la persona conozca mas el tema). Por ejemplo si la persona trabaja 30 horas a 10 mil pesos la hora serian 1 millon 200. Dinero se paga cada dos semanas siguiendo el horario de pago de la compañía por transferencia a Bancolombia o Davivienda.
Este es una posición tipo contrastista/prestación de servicios ( no beneficios – EPS/ARP etc. Es responsabilidad del contratista (same for Venezuela and Colombia) que la persona tenga un computador ( puede ser proveido por AKL Active, inc ) e internet en cable preferiblemente 2 pantallas. La persona trabaja desde la comodidad de casa. Durante el tiempo de trabajo la persona tiene que estar conectada al computador. Un minimo de 6 meses de trabajo como contratista.

AKL Active, INC prohibits the use of cellphone during work hours (phone should be left outside the visual and auditory field of the contractor). We required active skype session during most of the working hours. In addition, high security and privacy must be maintained at all times. Computer work can only be used for work related purposes. Encrypted/encoded surveillance is used in all AKL computers and transactions
