Language Trainers requires a Sales Executive with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and USA.
The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home) and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from our headquarters in the UK. You will need to possess a very good command of the English language. You will also need to be highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft' Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection.
Responsibilities
? Generating sales (against the weekly/monthly targets set by management).
? Responding to client enquiries by email and phone within company policy timescales.
? Preparing quotations primarily for, but not exclusively, corporate clients (incl: advising clients on our range of courses with the aid of our academic advisor, negotiating payments) up to 50 quotations per day.
? Carrying out follow ups of enquiries and quotes in accordance with company policy, up to 50 follow ups per day.
? Promoting company services to teachers.
? Organising paperwork with the client (contracts, invoices etc).
? Coordinating the work with the Relationship Management/Course organisation department.
? Be up-to-date and knowledgeable on company products and the extent to which products can be tailored to the client's requirements. Successful candidate will be required to proactively familiarise themselves with new offers and suggest them to the potential clients.
? Contacting potential clients and proactively offer language services through means such as cold calling.
? Actively suggest sales & marketing initiatives and participate in company projects.
? Conduct product price revision on a quarterly basis and compare with competitors.
? Monitoring of a designated market (determined by General Manager).
? Reporting to management on a daily basis.
? Liaising with headquarters, sales & team on a daily basis via Skype, MSN Messenger and email.
