We are seeking a self-motivated and experience candidate to work remotely with our support clients with 2+ years to provide the technical support and problem solving skills for this position.

System administrator will be in charge of installing, operating, and maintaining hardware and software. They typically maintain existing systems, which involves installing new applications and hardware to keep the system current and working efficiently. On a daily basis, system administrators perform scheduled backups, archive files, change user privileges, or repair software and hardware malfunctions. They troubleshoot any problems that arise, responding to calls and emails from users that are experiencing difficulties. Periodic audits of the system need to be conducted a part of the job, as well as the application of patches and upgrades.

An important aspect of the job is problem solving. When a system goes down, system administrators must be able to quickly and accurately fix the problem.

Requirements or Qualification

Diploma/ Degree in technology, Computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
Must have strong communication skills, excellent English verbal and writing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience /knowledge of computer concept and skill: PC, Printers, Network, LAN, Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Office, and TeamViewer.
Commitment to quality customer service.
Must take initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision in your own remote location.
Candidate must have a reliable, fast, internet connection; a Computer; a quiet place to work; the ability to tether if primary internet connection is down. We will provide a VoIP Phone.
