The main responsibilities are to:
• Improve and launch new products and services, to achieve the specific goals approved in the budget
• Adapt marketing plans accordingly to support brand objectives and revenues goals
• Execute strategies, in short and long term, to maintain and increase the revenues of the business and include, but not limited, to new products or services to cover the needs of each country's customers
• Adapt trade terms to country and client needs to guarantee the accomplishment of the objectives in terms of sales and margin.
• Develop and maintain relationship with current and new clients
• Meet the market developments and products to implement the necessary measures to adapt to the new trends
• Research the market, anticipating the evolution and anticipating the necessary steps to adapt to new tendencies or inclinations.
Requirements: MBA preferred but not required. Minimum 5 years of experience in upper-management positions. Analytical and numerical skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to understand interpret customer insight. Commercial expertise and financial awareness. Ability to deliver multiple requirements against tight deadlines and react to last minute change. Fluent English
