DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a regional salesforce effectiveness (SFE) and market intelligence manager for our Vascular division. This position will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and have a regional scope for Latin America.
* Manage system data - update the templates that feed Sales Force database by different ERP systems that we have in the region
* Validate / build data integration processes (MI, Excel BR, segmentation)
* Keep the system updated and be the contact point for questions, mistakes and corrections between IT and the Business
* Develop reports, dashboards, and act as the main point of contact for local and regional analysis (Conga)
* Validate data quality and intervene in cases of duplication and poor quality of content
* Train new and existing users on how to use database applications
* Communication and interaction with IT and Business to new developments in SalesForce
* adoption of metric creation, follow-up in case of "no use" and monitoring the use of the system
* Collaboration within and across business
* Responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans and relationships to market research suppliers/partners;
* Run queries on own data (MKT Model) and performs analysis to support decision making process;
* Compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to end users on a regular basis; Researches information for marketing team and other departments;
Qualifications:
* Fluent English is mandatory and Spanish is desirable
* Good communicator, with cultural awareness
* Presentation skills
* Excellent analytical ability
* High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
* Previous experience on CRM platforms
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* Demonstrate the ability to influence and form strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and transfer these understandings
* Close attention to detail
