Appointment Setter
The appointment setting specialist is a position designed to support English speaking sales teams in the United States. The specialist is responsible for setting appointments by phone and gathering data which optimizes future cold calling outcomes. The right candidate will have the freedom to work from home. The position is structured with a monthly fixed payment plus commissions.
Duties
• Perform outbound calls to generate sales appointments. (During US business hours).
• Document outcome of conversations into customer relationship management software (CRM).
• Set follow up activities according to cold call outcome.
• Document confirmed appointments set in CRM and confirm a day prior for the sales team being supported.

Other requirements:
• Must have a computer/device which meets minimum requirements for web based CRM system.
• Phone calls must be executed during US business (i.e.Eastern, Central, Pacific) hours in a completely quiet environment as calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
