• Education: Bachellor´s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Preferable Master’s Degree in Logistics, Finance or Project Management.
• Experience: 5 years in managerial positions, with exposition to decision making over operational process such as: Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Commercial or similar.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish Language.


Responsibilities and Deliverables • Implement market route strategies that benefit the business by acquiring new point of sales at the least cost possible.
• Supports from a distribution perspective and participates with the company strategic plan.
• Leads the region indicators and evaluates opportunities.
• Optimizes and makes improvements to achieve a world class high quality service.
• Leads a high performance team, examples and assures in his team a high leadership, values and meaningful job practices.
