Descripción de la Oferta

SUMMARY
Answer incoming phone calls from Customers to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and/or customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests regarding billing, technical and general customer service inquiries.
2. Provide customers with product and service information.
3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
4. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
5. Complete call logs and reports.
6. Research billing issues.
7. Research misapplied payments.
8. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
9. Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Meet or exceed call center production metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
2. A high school diploma or GED is required.
