Associates are responsible for providing advice and solutions to customer's problems by following the guidelines and procedures designated by the company for the product serviced.

Responsibilities:

• A Customer Service Associate works with intermediate supervision, sitting at a computer desk using a keyboard, monitor and a telephone headset for extended periods of time receiving frequent calls from different types of customers.
• Is able to identify opportunities to up-sell and refer the service and meet the goals set by the company for outstanding service.
