Job Description
Purpose:
Delivery the full year target results in terms of volume and profitability , building up solid and professional relationships with KN most wanted accounts across the cluster and support the Trade development within own business Platform and across the extended sales organization.
Objectives:
·Solid knowledge about market , trade lanes , competitors and logistics environment
·Reach the target delivered by the local management volumes, gross profit , visits, sales leads, opportunities and etc.
·Prospection on new clients
·Management of Kuehne + Nagel CRM tool " Vlog "
·Constant pipeline management
·Promote KN login , aiming retain and improve customer view on KN services
·Team work with Sales Support, Operations and other KN staff Maintainance of customers
·Constant communication with trade Manager to promote Designated lane by Pty ZV
·Communicate with Sales Organization trade development (opportunities, rates, etc).
·Internal negotiation in order to guarantee special conditions to KN Clients.
·Negotiate rates with customers, aiming the best of KN interest
·Act as a bridge between customers feedback and KN operational team & Respective trade managers
·Supportive to understand the challenges.
Requirements to Candidates
·Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent experience
·5 years in similar positions within Sales & Marketing
·Fluent Spanish and English
