Grow with us as Traditional Channel Sales Manager in our Kellogg Customer Development team based in Guatemala City. You will be responsible for linking our objectives with our clients’ needs through the adaptation of the Traditional channel strategy and the accounts’ specific plans. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:

Developing and adapting the Traditional channel sales strategy in conjunction with internal and external leaders and their accounts
Allocating objectives and resources for each account and generating demand visibility to adjust sales forecast and investment requests
Validating the scope of negotiations with clients and translating their needs into the development of sales plans
Aligning communications and exceling on teamwork among multidisciplinary functions
Performing business reviews (internally and externally) to ensure plan compliance and implement plan adjustments
Providing visibility on strategic changes and their implications in terms of demand, investment, and sales cycles
Monitoring accounts P&L and KPIS to adjust the results of the account group in charge
Developing people, providing positive and constructive feedback, and placing the right people in the right places to ensure the team is aligned for success
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales/Customer Development to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
Proved experience leading sales negotiations, working with account leaders, executing sales strategy in a supervisory role
A thorough understanding of customer development and sales functions with a CPG Company
Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication

Preferred:
MBA or Master’s degree in business or related discipline
Exposure to multicultural /international professional environments
