Main Tasks Set direction, develop, provide guidance, motivate, and coach the sales and marketing team to execute the regional and country territory business plans to achieve results for Central America and Caribbean. Attend with the sales and marketing team on customer and distributors calls on a routine basis to appraise performance and provide feedback. Provide field leadership for rolling-out, including the sales process, new product introductions inclusive of customer engagement and competency development of reps.
Requirements BS degree required Masters’ degree preferred. Five (5) years in medical sales experience is required Three (3) years of R&I sales experience is preferred One (1) year of R&I field trainer/mentor and/or supervisor is preferred Achieving Sales Excellence Training is required Forecasting experience is preferred Proven competency in areas of: Integrity & trust, ethics & values, perseverance, problem solving . Demonstrated planning, organizing, prioritizing & time management abilities. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to demonstrate at minimum, MEDRAD’s Supervisor competencies: Decision Quality, Motivating Others, Managerial Courage and Business Acumen.
